Simon has amassed over 20 years of experience building high-performing teams across the globe and is dedicated to building out successful professional/services teams.
Simon’s career began recruiting top level finance professionals for Global Investment Banks across EMEA and the US. He then went on to set up a dedicated legal headhunting business for both private practice and in-house lawyers, opening offices in London, New York and Hong Kong.
Fuelled by the experience and challenges of growing his own rapidly expanding business, Collier Banks was established in 2008 with the help of his wife, to provide dedicated headhunting and recruitment services to fast growth and established organisations. Simon excels at understanding a company’s unique culture and growth aspirations and the personality most likely to succeed.
Over two decades, Simon has built an impressive client list, working with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and established household brands. His reputation rests on not just finding talent, but on the tangible success his placements bring to clients’ businesses.
Fiona is responsible for the research function at Collier Banks. She spent nearly thirteen years in London as a private client investment manager at Brewin Dolphin. There she was responsible for maintaining and developing new accounts for one of the most successful teams across the UK.
Since joining Collier Banks Fiona has been responsible for market research and candidate screening. Her meticulous and thorough approach in the research process has resulted in exceptional levels of retention for our clients.
Fiona is also responsible for helping our clients recruit for their finance, compliance and support functions.
