Simon Johnston
Co-Founder
Simon brings over two decades of recruitment experience to Collier Banks. He began his career with a global search firm, specialising in front-office quantitative analysts, responsible for building the mathematical code behind the complex trading systems at the world's top investment banks. The detailed and specific requirements of each mandate provided an invaluable foundation for his life in the world of executive search. Following the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008, Simon navigated challenging trading conditions by identifying a robust demand across the legal markets. He went on to establish a highly successful specialist legal recruitment firm, scaling the business to include offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. Simon thrives on getting to know his clients and candidates alike. It is this meticulous, tailored approach that allows him to consistently secure the best possible results.
Fiona Johnston
Co-Founder
Fiona leads the research function at Collier Banks, serving as the engine room for our thorough and meticulous candiate mapping and screening operations. Fiona possesses an innate ability to marry a client's exact requirements with a candidates' true aspirations. This is a cornerstone of the Collier Banks methodology, ensuring that every introduction is built on mutual potential and long-term compatibility. Her stratetic oversight ensures our talent pipelines are both deeply vetted and perfectly tailored to meet client requirements. Before Collier Banks Fiona spent over a decade working with one of the the UK's largest wealth managers as a Private Client Investment specialist.
