Simon is a highly experienced recruitment professional with almost two decades of experience across multiple industries. He started his career recruiting front office investment banking and finance specialists across banking and Hedge Funds, before founding a specialist legal recruitment firm building out offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong. In 2009 he founded Collier Banks with his wife Fiona.
Simon is renowned for depth of understanding of his clients and dedication to providing exceptional value in their recruitment processes. He has successfully partnered with a range of industry leaders in the legal, commercial property, investment management and private equity sectors. His personable and friendly approach ensures a stress-free experience for his clients. Simon’s reputation for delivering exceptional results and building strong, long-lasting relationships has made Collier Banks a trusted partner in identifying and securing top talent.
Fiona is responsible for the research function at Collier Banks. She spent nearly thirteen years in London as a private client investment manager at Brewin Dolphin. There she was responsible for maintaining and developing new accounts for one of the most successful teams across the UK.
Since joining Collier Banks Fiona has been responsible for market research and candidate screening. Her meticulous and thorough approach in the research process has resulted in exceptional levels of retention for our clients.
Fiona is also responsible for helping our clients recruit for their finance, compliance and support functions.
